Text

The compensation of each member of the commission shall be two thousand one hundred dollars ($2,100) per month. One member of the commission shall be required to be in attendance at each racing event and such designated member shall receive an additional seventy-five dollars ($75) as compensation for attendance at the racing event while engaged in the performance of his or her duties. The above sums shall be paid out of the funds in the county treasury deposited to the credit of the commission, to the commissioners in the same manner as the compensation of other county officials is paid.
