Text
Any person who distributes, whether by gift or sale, any election campaign literature, pamphlets, buttons, stickers, or other election campaign materials within 600 feet of a polling place on any election day in Mobile County shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
