Text

The school council in a pilot program shall determine the frequency of and agenda for their meetings but shall meet at least once a month. Matters relating to formation of school councils in a pilot program that are not provided for by this subpart shall be addressed by the Mobile County School Board policy. The school board shall develop a policy and system relating to the reporting of the school councils. The policy shall require that reports by a school council in a pilot program be submitted to the school board at uniform periods on forms developed by the school board that shall be used by each school council.
