Text
The Mobile County Board of School Commissioners is hereby directed to designate Martin Luther King’s birthday as a legal holiday. Schools shall be closed on that date and other business operations of the board shall function in the same manner as on other legal holidays observed by the board. Martin Luther King’s birthday shall be observed on the same date as the state observes the holiday.
