Text

(a)The City Council of the City of Albertville, by ordinance, may provide for the establishment of an entertainment district or districts in the city. The number and boundaries of any entertainment district shall be defined in the ordinance. The ordinance of the city council shall regulate the hours of operation of an entertainment district and may regulate the type of licenses authorized to operate as a part of the entertainment district. The ordinance may provide for the revocation of the entertainment district designation and may regulate any other aspect of the operation of the entertainment district.
