Text
The County Commission of Marshall County is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to pay to the Judge of the District Court of the Twenty- seventh Judicial Circuit commencing October 1, 1985, a supplement to the state salary of the district judge in the same percentage amount as is paid by the county to a judge of the Circuit Court of the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit.
