Text

(a)In Marshall County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized, there shall be assessed by the circuit court clerk an additional fee of one hundred dollars ($100) on the service of a failure to appear warrant executed by the deputies or Sheriff of Marshall County.
(b)The service fee imposed in this section shall be assessed against a defendant upon conviction. The clerk of the court shall enter the amount of the fee provided in this section on the docket sheet and shall collect the fee in the same manner and same time as other court costs. The service fee may be waived by the court for good cause shown.
(c)The revenues derived from each fee shall be distributed as follows:
(1)Thirty-five dollars ($35) of the fee shall be distributed to the
