Text
(a)In addition to any court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized in Marshall County, an additional fee of twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court on each new divorce case filed in the county.
(b)The clerk of the court shall collect the fee in the same manner as other costs in the court and shall remit the fee to the Child Advocacy Center of Marshall County on a monthly basis to be used for the purposes of the center.
