§ 45-48-72 — Full-Time Position; Compensation

The positions of county commissioner and county commission chair of Marshall County shall be full-time positions and the holder of any such position shall not hold a second job or be involved in any part-time work. The commissioners shall receive compensation for serving as full-time officers in accordance with the minimum allowable by state law.
