Text

The Marshall County Salary Commission, created by Acts 1975, No. 909, Regular Session 1975 (Acts 1975, p. 1806), is hereby authorized and required to determine from time to time the salary of the custodian of voting machines in the county. The salary shall be paid from the county treasury in the same form and manner as that paid to other county employees.
