Text

The commission shall not issue any tax anticipation warrants, revenue bonds, or other evidences of temporary loans until a public hearing relative to the issuance thereof has been held. Notice of each hearing shall be given by publication in a newspaper published in Marshall County at least seven days prior to the public hearing.
