Text
The commission shall hold regular sessions on the second and fourth Mondays in each month, at the courthouse in and for Marshall County, remaining in session as many days as may be necessary; and may hold special sessions at any time upon the call of the chair. Action in the name of and under the authority of the commission may be taken by a majority of the commission present and voting at any regular or special session, provided that, at least a quorum is in attendance. A quorum shall consist of the chair and two other associate commissioners or three associate commissioners.
