Text

(a)The Coroner of Marshall County shall be entitled to receive an expense allowance in the amount of one thousand three hundred fifty dollars ($1,350) per month to be paid from the county general fund.
(b)The expense allowance shall be in addition to any salary now being paid to the coroner, but shall be in lieu of any other expense allowances heretofore provided by law for the coroner.
(c)All payments made by the Marshall County Commission to the Marshall County Coroner since February 11, 2013, are hereby ratified and approved.
(d)For the purposes of determining future salary adjustments, the position of county coroner shall be determined by the Marshall County Commission.
