Text
The purchaser at any sale conducted by the sheriff’s department pursuant to this part shall receive title to the property purchased, free from all claims of the owner or prior holder thereof, subject to redemption pursuant to Section 45-48-231.03, and of all persons claiming through or under them. The sheriff’s department shall execute all documents necessary to complete transfer of title.
