Text
(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law including, but not limited to, Section 11-98-4, the Marshall County Emergency Telephone Service Board of Commissioners shall consist of seven members appointed as follows:
(1)Three members shall be named by or serve from the membership of the Marshall County Commission.
(2)Two members shall serve on a rotation basis for terms of two years as follows:
a. One member from the City of Arab and one member from the City of Albertville appointed by the respective mayor of each city upon confirmation by the respective city councils for the first and second year after May 13, 1993, and every other two years thereafter.
b. One member from the City of Guntersville and one member from the City of Boaz appointed by the respective mayor of each city upon
