(a)There is hereby created the Personnel Board of Marshall County, which shall be composed of five members. One member shall be appointed by the county commission, three members shall be appointed by the Marshall County Legislative Delegation, and one member shall be elected by the county employees who are subject to this part. One of the members originally appointed shall serve for a term of two years, one member for a term of three years, one member for a term of four years, one member for a term of five years, and one member for a term of six years. The original members of the board so appointed shall draw lots to determine the length of term each shall serve.
