Text
The governing body of Marshall County shall take necessary steps to ensure that this subpart and any action taken pursuant to this subpart complies with the Federal Voting Rights Act of 1965, as amended. If the United States Department of Justice does not approve this subpart, the current board shall continue to operate as provided by law and this subpart shall have no further effect.
