Text
(a)Each member of the Marshall County Board of Education shall receive an expense allowance in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) per month.
(b)If the monthly compensation of the members of the Marshall County Board of Education is increased pursuant to authority granted in any subsequent act of the Alabama Legislature, the amount of the expense allowance provided to the members of the board by subsection (a) shall be reduced by an equal amount.
