Text

Any monies collected from the additional court costs levied by Act 85–933, 1985 Second Special Session (Acts 1985, p. 235), as amended, and Act 85–934, 1985 Second Special Session (Acts 1985, p. 235) and paid to the clerk of the circuit court under the authority of such acts, shall be distributed to the Marion County Department of Human Resources to be deposited in a separate fund. Interest derived from such fund shall be distributed annually to the Marion County Department of Human Resources to be used for handicapped children in the county from birth to 18 years of age for wheelchairs, lift chairs, artificial limbs, or other need of handicapped children determined necessary by the county department of human resources.
