Text

The Coroner of Marion County shall receive an expense allowance of two hundred dollars ($200) per month payable out of the county general fund which shall be in lieu of all other expense allowances, salaries, and compensation previously paid by the county. The coroner shall continue to be entitled to all fees paid pursuant to general law.
