Text
This subpart shall apply to all law enforcement officials and employees in the service of the county or any board, agency, or instrumentality thereof except:
(1)Persons holding elective offices.
(2)Members of appointive boards, commissions, and committees.
(3)Persons whose employment is subject to the approval of the United States government or any agency thereof.
