Text
(a)In Marion County, all employees of the sheriff’s office shall receive pay increases at the same time and in the same percentages as pay increases that are granted to state Merit System employees by the Legislature. Provided, however, that the compensation of the employees shall never be reduced by this section or any interpretation thereof.
(b)The pay increases shall be paid out of the same funds from which the employees receive their present compensation.
