Text
All election officials in Marion County shall receive twenty-five dollars ($25) per day for the performance of their official duties. The county governing body shall supplement the compensation already provided for by the general law with funds out of the county general fund sufficient to bring the compensation up to the amount provided by this section. In the case of municipal elections, the supplement shall be paid out of municipal funds by the municipal governing body.
