Text
The authority and the directors and officers thereof shall not be liable for any civil damages as a result of acts or omissions of such authority, its directors, officers, agents, servants, or employees in or about the construction, maintenance, operation, superintendence, or management of any facility owned or controlled by the authority unless fraud or willful and wanton misconduct is inherent in the act or omission of the directors, or of a director, or of an officer of the authority.
