Text
Under the general authority of Section 11-43-60, the City Council of the City of Madison in Madison County, Alabama, is hereby specifically authorized and empowered, by duly enacted city ordinance, to specifically regulate the storage, keeping, hauling, and use of any explosive substance and to regulate blasting for both commercial quarries and land development within the city limits and police jurisdiction of the city.
