Text
(a)The salaries of each judge of the District Court of Madison County shall be supplemented by the governing body of the county in an amount equal to 30 percent of the salary paid the judges by the state. This supplement shall be paid in the same manner and at the same frequency as supplements paid by the county to circuit court judges.
(b)The supplement herein provided shall be payable upon the approval of the Madison County Commission.
