Text

There shall be an amnesty period of 60 days after April 12, 1994, during which any person may voluntarily pay in full any duly assessed court costs, fines, victim compensation assessments, bail bond forfeitures, penalty payments, restitution, or like payments in default. Commencing with the sixty-first day after April 12, 1994, the enforcement and collection procedures provided in this subpart shall be implemented.
