Text

In addition to any court costs and fees authorized in the district and circuit courts of Madison County, there shall be assessed and collected the following additional court costs and fees:

(1)In district court cases, as follows: a. Civil, excluding small claims, twenty-five dollars ($25). b. Criminal, excluding traffic and juvenile cases, seventy-five dollars ($75).
(2)In circuit court cases, as follows: a. Civil, one hundred fifty dollars ($150). b. Domestic relations, excludes protection from abuse act cases and child support cases, one hundred dollars ($100). c. Criminal, two hundred dollars ($200).
