Text

The governing body of Madison County by resolution thereof shall have the power to establish and maintain a county law library in the Madison County courthouse for the use and benefit of the county and state officials, court system, and the public; and shall have the power to appropriate and set aside for the establishment and maintenance of the library, such space and funds as it shall deem necessary and appropriate. All resolutions setting up the county law library in Madison County shall be filed in the Probate Office of Madison County and with the Administrative Director of Courts.
