Text
The Clerk of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit of Alabama shall receive an annual salary of seventeen thousand seven hundred dollars ($17,700) per annum for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1973, eighteen thousand nine hundred dollars ($18,900) per annum for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1974, and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) per annum for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1975, and each year thereafter, which salary shall be paid in equal monthly installments from the General Fund of Madison County.
