Text
All fees, commissions, and other compensation of every nature heretofore paid to or collected by the Circuit Court Clerk, Register in Chancery, or Clerk of the Madison County Court in Madison County, except the compensation herein provided for or fixed by the Madison County Personnel Board, shall be paid into the county treasury.
