Text
(a)The Madison County Commission may prepare sites and adjacent property in the county, accessible by the public, for parks and recreational and public purposes if the prepared property is owned by a tax-exempt nonprofit corporation located in the Monrovia School District.
(b)The Madison County Commission may expend public funds for site preparation as provided in subsection (a).
