§ 45-45-171 — Opening of Graves for Interment
The Madison County commissioners are authorized, provided the service is offered equally and upon payment of reasonable costs, except in the case of indigents, to cause the opening of graves for interment in other than cemeteries owned by private corporations licensed to operate a perpetual care cemetery in Madison County.
