Text

It is hereby declared to be in the best interest of the public health and welfare that the Madison County Commission may provide for the burial or burning or other disposition of dead cattle, swine, livestock, or other animals on public property and private property when the owner or custodian of the animals fails to do so. The commission is authorized to make provisions for the disposition and may levy a fee to the known owner for the disposition.
