Alabama Statutes
§ 45-45-111 — Compensation
(a)The Madison County Commission may provide compensation to election officials in addition to that now provided by law, in an amount not less than ten dollars ($10) per diem.
(b)This additional compensation shall be appropriated from the county general fund.
