Text
Effective July 1, 1997, a special recording fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every court case filed in the Probate Court of Macon County, this amount shall be in addition to all other costs and fees heretofore collected. The additional fee shall be paid into the special fund of the judge of probate as created in Section 45-44-85.47.
