Text

(a)In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court cases in Macon County, a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the court. This charge shall not be collected on small claims cases. When collected by the clerk of the court, two dollars ($2) shall be remitted monthly to the Juvenile Court Services Fund and one dollar ($1) shall be remitted monthly to the Judicial Administration Fund.
(b)A monthly supervision fee may be assessed in juvenile court cases at the discretion of the juvenile court judge. The supervision fee shall be collected by the juvenile office and deposited in the Juvenile Court Services Fund.
