Text
The Board of Directors of the Star–Mindingall Water and Fire Protection Authority and the boards of directors of all other public boards and authorities located in Macon County may elect by resolution to have their employees participate in the Employees’ Retirement System and the State Employees’ Health Insurance Plan, and to transfer to that system whatever funds are necessary to accomplish that purpose.
