Text

Beginning on September 1, 2017, each Macon County Commissioner, the Chair of the Macon County Commission, the Macon County Revenue Commissioner, Judge of Probate, and the Sheriff of Macon County shall respectively receive an additional expense allowance of four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per annum, payable in equal monthly installments. The expense allowance shall be in addition to all other compensation, expense allowances, or benefits granted to each Macon County Commissioner, the Chair of the Macon County Commission, the Macon County Revenue Commissioner, Judge of Probate, and the Sheriff of Macon County and, where applicable, may be treated as compensation for retirement contributions.
