Text
The municipal governing body of the City of Athens in Limestone County may waive, or authorize the waiver by any municipal utility board, any costs and fees for permits, water meters, sewer taps, the installation of temporary electric service poles, and other similar costs and fees for the Habitat for Humanity for the construction of housing for low-income residents of the city.
