Text
The lawfully appointed investigators of the District Attorney for the Thirtyninth Judicial Circuit shall have the same arrest authority and powers vested in deputy sheriffs of Limestone County while such investigators are performing authorized duties within Limestone County. Provided, however, that the Sheriff of Limestone County, upon three days’ notice to the district attorney of the circuit, may suspend such powers for any reason and for any period of time he or she deems appropriate.
