Text
All persons employed by the Limestone County Community Corrections Agency who have been certified by the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission shall have the same authority and arrest power vested in deputy sheriffs and other peace officers of the State of Alabama. The personnel shall be responsible to the Director of the Limestone County Community Corrections Agency and shall perform all duties assigned to them.
