Text

(a)This section shall apply only to Limestone County.
(b)Any person employed as a commissioned deputy of the Sheriff’s Office of Limestone County for a period of 10 years or more who upon retirement leaves the office in good standing shall receive from the office, without cost to him or her, a retired badge, a retired commission card, and his or her service pistol.
