Text

Any and all fees collected from any participant, whether by payroll deduction, garnishment, or otherwise, shall be paid over to and collected by employees or agents of the board and deposited into its accounts for the purposes set out in this part. The sums shall be expended only for implementation of this part, and shall include, but not be limited to, paying salaries and other expenses involved in the execution of this part, for supervision of participants, for the purchase or lease of drug and alcohol testing equipment, for matching any federal, state, foundation, and personal financial grants which may be available in relation to the purpose of this part, investigation and screening of participants subject to this part, and any other purpose reasonably related to carrying out or in fur
