Text
(a)It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in solicitation, including requests for charitable contributions, along the right-of-way or at the intersection of a four-way stop on any public road, street, or highway in Lee County.
(b)A person who violates this section shall be subject to a civil fine, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
(c)A violation of this section shall be adjudicated in the municipal court or the district court, as appropriate.
