Text

In Bibb County, there shall be a $2.00 fee, collected by the circuit clerk, added to each district and circuit court case, including traffic citations. These monies shall be deposited into a separate account and used to provide safety and security to county buildings and other structures. Any expenditure of these funds shall be approved by the county commission and may be expended in conjunction with the recommendation of the sheriff.
