(a)The Bibb County Commission, or other like governing body, is hereby authorized to employ such clerks, secretaries, and clerical assistants as are needed to perform duties in the office of the Judge of Probate and in the office of the Sheriff of Bibb County, Alabama. All such employees shall have their salaries determined by the county commission to be paid in equal monthly installments from any funds available in the county treasury, upon warrants drawn upon the county treasury in the manner prescribed by law.

(b)The Bibb County Commission, or other like governing body, is hereby authorized to pay the salaries, or any portion thereof, of existing and future clerks, secretaries and clerical assistants employed by the judge of probate and the sheriff and who are performing duties in the

The county commission shall determine the portion of such salaries to be paid by the county commission, and the same shall be paid in equal monthly installments from any funds available in the county treasury upon warrants drawn upon the county treasury in the manner prescribed by law.
