Text

(a)The chief assistant district attorney and assistant district attorneys of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit shall serve at the pleasure of the district attorney and have no residency requirements.
(b)(1) The chief assistant district attorney and three assistant district attorneys shall each receive, in addition to any other compensation provided by law, an annual supplemental compensation of twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000), payable in equal monthly installments from the general fund of the county composing the circuit.
(2)The annual supplemental salary provided in subdivision (1) shall supersede any salary supplement otherwise provided by local law.
