§ 45-38A-50 — Sale of Draft or Keg Beer

The sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may be authorized in the City of Sulligent upon the adoption of an ordinance by the city council authorizing and regulating the sale of draft or keg beer in the city. All resolutions and ordinances relating to the sale, consumption, and possession of bottled or canned beer in the city shall apply to draft or keg beer.
