Text

The Lamar County Commission may authorize the sheriff to charge a fee for fingerprinting individuals for non-law enforcement purposes, such as for passport identification or employment purposes. The proceeds from the fees shall be deposited in the Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Fund and used for any law enforcement purpose.
